Connecting with Turkey

In line with our internationalization policy, cooperation with educational institutions in all Member States of the European Union is planned. This year we started cooperation with Turkey.

Our secretary Baiba, along with lecturer Zane attended the International Staff Week at Balıkesir University, while the Deputy Director Ilze went to Koaceli University: “During the mobility, I participated in their International Staff Week, which is a great opportunity to collaborate with a number of European universities in a short space of time, as higher education representatives from different countries come together. I have just returned from the mobility and it is still difficult to name the specific results and benefits of the cooperation. Communication is still ongoing. The main objectives of the cooperation are clear: international student / staff mobility and research.“
