For the 3rd year in a row college passed ISO 9001:2015 audit and got a new certificate

The college first received ISO certification in 2019 and is audited annually by auditors. The supervisory audit was carried out for two years and a third re-certification audit was carried out in April this year, without any non-compliance. This means that the quality system implemented in the college is effective. Continuous improvement of quality management processes is a strategically important tool in the work organization of an educational institution. International College of Cosmetology has been receiving this certificate for the 3rd year in a row. Thanks to all the staff and teachers involved for their professional and responsible work!

The certificate issued by BM Certification is an important confirmation of the company’s international management practices and is considered to increase the value of the company. By certifying the management system, the college has obtained a certificate of business practice based on the principles of continuous improvement.

“Implementing a Quality Management Framework is a strategic decision that can help improve its overall performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainable development initiatives. This international standard uses a process approach that includes a PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACT (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking. This approach allows the organization to plan processes and their interactions.” (ISO Standard)

The benefits for the college of implementing a quality management system based on an international standard are:

  • the ability to constantly provide a service that meets the customer and legal requirements;
  • increased opportunities to improve customer satisfaction;
